Mrs Vinita Mall has done her Bachelor’s in Commerce from University of Calcutta in 2011 along with the Chartered Accountancy Course. She has done her articleship from M/s. M.C.Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kolkata.
She is an associate member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India since 2014. After qualifying the exam she was associated with a private concern working in the fields of financial accounts and statutory compliances. She headed her career as Senior Audit Manager in Agarwal Singhania & Co. since 2017 and thereafter she became partner of the firm in 2022.
She has qualified the certificate course on GST conducted by the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India. During her 7+ years of experience, she has skilled herself in the field of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Income Tax Issues like Reassessment, Demand Orders, Appeals, Vivad se Vishwas Scheme 2020 etc and Companies Act matters.
She has proficient knowledge and exposure in Concurrent Audit, Internal Audit of various government undertakings, Bank Audit, Stock Audit, Due Diligence Certificates and various other assignments. She is also engaged in setting up of SOPs, Audit Programme, Checklists etc. for systematic functioning of audits by the firm.
