Mr. Jitesh Kumar Gutgutia after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta did his apprenticeship with M/s. R.N. Rastogi& Co. and after qualifying the examination, joined as a partner in J.Gutgutia & Associates. After servicing the firm for 8 long years, he joined as the partner of M/s Agrawal Singhania & Co. in the year 2004. The past experience of the partner has added value to professional setup of the Firm.
He was a member of the IT Core Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and frequently attends the seminars and conferences organized by the institute on the changes in the audit and taxation field.
His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory audits of companies. He has an in-depth knowledge of the petroleum, fly ash bricks, and telecom industry.
He has also been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects financed from nationalised banks.
In addition to the above, Mr. Jitesh Kumar Gutgutia also assists clients both individuals and corporate in preparation of their income-tax returns. He also handles income tax assessments for majority clients.
He advises clients on various company law matters related to its formation, appearance before the CLB, filing of various forms etc.
